In 1981, Ivan Kerr Snr. set about opening a customer focused tyre shop in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. This was back in the days of inner tubes, retreads/remoulds and bubble wheel balancers. Ivan Jnr. entered the business in 2004 going into partnership with his Father before taking complete ownership a year later in 2005. In 2018 Ivan Kerr Tyres opened their second state-of-the-art branch in Bangor, County Down.

Many things have changed in the tyre industry over the last 30 plus years, apart from our drive to offer an honest and reliable service. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the latest technology and best practice training, and to always taking care of our loyal customers.
